Brian R. Rayve, founder of InventionPatenting.com has over 27 years of combined experience in
the product design, development, and the legal field. His background in product design and development
includes such diverse industries as arc welding equipment, aerospace, off-road earth moving vehicles,
medical equipment, and soft drink bottling equipment.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Juris Doctorate, and a Masters in Business
Administration. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, licensed
to practice law in the states of Utah and Ohio, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio.
