Hello, my name is Brian Rayve, a patent attorney who helps inventors like you to protect and make money from your invention.

Many inventors have their ideas "ripped-off" each year because they didn't lock-in "patent pending" in time.

Don't let this happen to you.
You can lock-in "patent pending" for your invention for one full year by filing a provisional patent application or go for a patent by filing a utility patent application.

This means that you are able to discuss your invention with others, evaluate its commercial potential and seek funding.

What is our four step process to get "patent pending" for your new product idea for one full year... read on.

Time's a wastin'... don't wait 'till someone rips off your invention to realize you should have gotten patent pending.
