Inventors such as yourself who are looking to manufacture and sell products based on your invention or new product idea each have unique needs and budgets. That is why we offer several Invention Marketing Packages for you to choose from that are tailored to your particular needs. Some packages include assistance finding parts manufacturers and others in buying complete products if you decide not to do product assembly.

Please note that crowdfunding is available to help you fund these packages if your invention is entered into our Invention Commercialization and Profitability ProgramTM by receiving a favorable assessment in our Basic Invention Evaluation, and is "patent pending" or patented.

If your invention is accepted into our program but you do not have "patent pending", we can help get a provisional patent application or a utility patent application filed through a licensed patent attorney to lock-in "patent pending".

Invention Marketing Packages

1. Basic Invention Marketing Package

Designed for independent inventors on a budget who want to sell products based on their invention but have no idea how to do so. We research wholesale and retail sales companies and manufacturers representatives in the applicable market that sell similar or complimentary product lines to yours, determine which companies have a product line into which products based on your invention might be a good fit or might want expand its product line, review product pricing structure, and find appropriate buyers or other contacts at companies that might be interested in buying your products.

We then contact those buyers at companies that might be interested in buying your products, send marketing materials, follow-up with companies, assess initial interest, and follow-up with interested companies. We negotiate the wholesale price and terms with interested companies, and have legal documents prepared by an attorney licensed in the appropriate U.S. State including a sales contract.

All three Invention Marketing Packages include the same items, but are priced based on how much of the risk of non-sale of your products we assume up-front. For the Basic Invention Marketing Package, we are assuming the most monetary risk up-front, so our commission is thirty (30) percent of the negotiated wholesale price of your products sold to the contracted company(ies). This is in effect, a deferred payment we recieve in exchange for doing sales, marketing, negotiating, and legal work regarding the wholesale contract up-front at a reduced rate to you.

Please note that your invention must be: 1) patented and the patent must be enforceable; or 2) 'patent pending' prior to signing up and maintaining such status at your own cost for any of our Invention Marketing Packages. No expired patents or patents/patent applications written and/or prosecuted by persons not licensed to practice patent law by the United States Patent and Trademark Office will be allowed to participate in our Invention Marketing Packages.

While we do guarantee to use our best efforts in obtaining sales contracts for your products at a fair price that you agree to in all of our Invention Marketing Packages, the obtaining of sales contracts for your products is not guaranteed, and the Invention Marketing Package fee is non-refundable regardless of whether a sales contract is obtained or not. Our commission is only payable to us if product sales are made, in-part or completely because of our contact with a company or individuals to which the product sales are made, or through other efforts of ours through one of these Invention Marketing Packages.

2. Advanced Invention Marketing Package

Designed for independent inventors who have the resources to fund more of the effort to sell products based on their invention up-front, thus assuming more of the risk, in exchange for us taking a lower commission upon product sales. For the Advanced Invention Marketing Package, since you are assuming the more monetary risk up-front, our commission is twenty (20) percent of the negotiated wholesale price of your products sold to the contracted company(ies).

3. Professional Invention Marketing Package

Designed for independent inventors who have the resources to fund most of the effort to sell products based on their invention up-front, thus assuming most of the risk, in exchange for us taking an even lower commission upon product sales. For the Professional Invention Marketing Package, since you are assuming the most monetary risk up-front, our commission is ten (10) percent of the negotiated wholesale price of your products sold to the contracted company(ies).

2. Initial Buyer Contact and Follow-Up

Contact buyers at companies that might be interested in buying your products, send marketing materials, follow-up with companies, assess initial interest, and follow-up with interested companies. We negotiate the wholesale price and terms with interested companies, and have legal documents prepared by an attorney licensed in the appropriate U.S. State including a sales contract.

Our commission is a percentage of the negotiated wholesale price of your products sold to the contracted company(ies). This is a deferred payment we recieve in exchange for doing sales, marketing, negotiating, and legal work regarding the wholesale contracting of your products up-front at a reduced rate to you.
