Inventors such as yourself who are looking to sell your invention or new product idea each have unique needs and budgets. That is why we offer several Invention Sales Plans for you to choose from that are tailored to your particular needs.

Please note that crowdfunding is available to help you fund these packages if your invention is entered into our Invention Commercialization and Profitability ProgramTM by receiving a favorable assessment in our Basic Invention Evaluation, and is "patent pending" or patented.

If your invention is accepted into our program but you do not have "patent pending", we can help get a provisional patent application or a utility patent application filed through a licensed patent attorney to lock-in "patent pending".

Invention Sales Packages

1. Basic Invention Sales Package

Designed for independent inventors on a budget who want to sell their invention but have no idea how to do so. We research companies in the applicable market including product lines and market share, determine which companies have a product line into which your invention might be a good fit or might want expand its product line, review product pricing structure, and find appropriate marketing managers or other contacts at companies that might be interested in buying your invention.

We then contact those marketing managers at companies that might be interested in buying your invention, send marketing materials, follow-up with companies, assess initial interest, and follow-up with interested companies. We negotiate the sales price and terms with interested companies, and have legal documents prepared by an attorney licensed in the appropriate U.S. State and a licensed patent attorney including a sales contract and assignment of patent rights.

All three Invention Sales Packages include the same items, but are priced based on how much of the risk of non-sale of your invention we assume up-front. For the Basic Invention Sales Package, we are assuming the most monetary risk up-front, so our commission is seventy-five (75) percent of the of negotiated sales price of your invention rights for the completed sale of your invention. This is in effect, a deferred payment we recieve in exchange for doing sales, marketing, negotiating, and legal work regarding the sale up-front at a reduced rate to you.

Please note that your invention must be: 1) patented and the patent must be enforceable; or 2) 'patent pending' prior to signing up and maintaining such status at your own cost for any of our Invention Sales Packages. No expired patents or patents/patent applications written and/or prosecuted by persons not licensed to practice patent law by the United States Patent and Trademark Office will be allowed to participate in our Invention Licensing Packages.

While we do guarantee to use our best efforts in selling your invention for a fair price that you agree to in all of our Invention Sales Packages, the sale of your invention is not guaranteed, and the Invention Sales Package fee is non-refundable regardless of whether a sale is made or not. Our commission is only payable to us if a sale of your invention is made, in-part or completely because of our contact with a company or individuals to which the sale is made, or through other efforts of ours through one of these Invention Sales Packages.

2. Advanced Invention Sales Package

Designed for independent inventors who have the resources to fund more of the effort to sell their invention up-front, thus assuming more of the risk, in exchange for us taking a lower commission upon sale of your invention. For the Advanced Invention Sales Package, since you are assuming the more monetary risk up-front, our commission is fifty (50) percent of the of negotiated sales price of your invention rights for the completed sale of your invention.

3. Professional Invention Sales Package

Designed for independent inventors who have the resources to fund most of the effort to sell their invention up-front, thus assuming most of the risk, in exchange for us taking an even lower commission upon sale of your invention. For the Professional Invention Sales Package, since you are assuming the most monetary risk up-front, our commission is twenty-five (25) percent of the negotiated sales price of your invention rights for the completed sale of your invention.

Research companies in the applicable market including product lines and market share, determine which companies have a product line into which your invention might be a good fit or might want expand its product line, review product pricing structure, and find appropriate marketing managers or other contacts at companies that might be interested in buying your invention.

2. Initial Buyer Contact and Follow-Up

Contact marketing managers at companies that might be interested in buying your invention, send marketing materials, follow-up with companies, assess initial interest, and follow-up with interested companies.

3. Contract Negotiation

Negotiate sales price and terms with interested companies.

4. Sales Contract

Have legal documents prepared by an attorney licensed in the appropriate U.S. State and a licensed patent attorney including a sales contract and assignment of patent rights.

III. Sales Commission Basic Advanced Professional
1. Sales Commission

Our commission is a percentage of the sales price of your invention rights for the completed sale of your invention. This is a deferred payment we recieve in exchange for doing sales, marketing, negotiating, and legal work regarding the sale up-front at a reduced rate to you.
